Most instructors respond via e-mail and in the discussion forum to student questions regarding assignments, reading, or other issues within 24 hours (Monday-Friday). Your instructor may respond to your e-mail messages on weekends, but please check with your instructor regarding email response policy.

The receipt of grades for exams, term papers, and other major projects may be from a few days up to a couple of weeks (or longer). Please check with your instructor to find out the anticipated timeline for grades on these types of assignments.

If you decide to drop the course because you have fallen behind, first contact your instructor. It may be possible to catch up. Many times, students THINK they are worse off than they really are. Please contact your instructor if you are having difficulty!
