Employee Benefits
KCTCS offers a comprehensive benefits package to its faculty and staff members. This package consists of core benefits such as health insurance, life/disability insurance, and retirement options. There are also many supplemental benefits available to employees. KCTCS also administers benefits for employees under the Former 18A/151B and University of Kentucky personnel systems.
