Tuition defrayed up to 6 credits per semester (summer is considered one semester). Employee may take one course during work hours (with approval by supervisor and any time must be rescheduled) per semester. Fees are determined by the individual institution.
DEPENDENT/SPOUSE TUITION WAIVERS
Tuition defrayed for 6 credit hours per term (fall, spring, and summer) at KCTCS colleges (only) for faculty and staff member's spouse and each eligible dependent child (under age 23 or less).

FEP

Tuition defrayed up to 8 available credits per semester (summer is considered one semester) with a maximum of 18 credit hours per year. Employee may take one course during work hours (with approval by supervisor and any time must be rescheduled) per semester. Fees are determined by the individual institution.
Family Education Program (FEP) - Tuition defrayed 10% to 50% per semester for University of Kentucky courses. |
