Scott Davis joined the Preston organization in September 1989 when he returned to Henderson, Kentucky to serve as chief administrator of a number of the enterprises owned by Raymond B. Preston. Preston had recently formed a holding company to manage related commercial interests that he had amassed during his 50+ years in business.

In this capacity Davis serves in leadership roles of Preston's banking, insurance, real estate and agriculture enterprises. His current positions are President of Adams St. Development Corp., Vice Chairman of the Board of Ohio Valley National Bank, Executive Vice President of Ohio Valley Insurance and Executive Vice President and Treasurer of Preston Farms Ltd. Partnership. Additionally, Davis serves on the board of the Raymond B. Preston Family Foundation, and is that organization's administrative manager.

Mr. Davis is a graduate of the University of Kentucky where he earned a degree in Agriculture in 1980. Mr. Davis is an active member of the community and serves on the board of directors of several community organizations including the Henderson Chamber of Commerce, the Henderson County Public Library Foundation, and the Henderson Area Arts Alliance. Scott holds a private pilot license and has obtained his instrument rating. He and his wife Pamela are the parents of three children.

Mr. Davis and the Preston Family Foundation have been strong and consistent supporters of Henderson Community College giving their time and resources to help ensure future successes.
