Over $800,000 has been raised during the Campaign period (Featured and Non-Featured Campaign objectives) toward the overall $3 million goal.
HCC employees and board members have contributed over $157,800. A total of 135 employees and 23 board members have made gifts and pledges.
Company matching gift programs represent another $4,750 generated from the internal "Family" campaign.
Kyong C. Anderson and Bill Nichol have been named Honorary Co-Chairs of HCC's Fulfilling the Promise Major Gifts Campaign. Kyong C. Anderson is President/CEO of KCA Corporation, Inc. (HCC Class of 1992); Bill Nichol is President/CEO of Kentucky Derby Hosiery, Inc. (HCC Student 1969-1971).
The Campaign focuses on two primary initiatives: Endowments and Seed funds for the proposed Student Services Facility. Named giving opportunities are available for the facility and endowments.
Recently, external solicitations for gifts/pledges over 3 to 5 years began at a number of different levels. In the coming months, requests for funds will be made according to several Campaign soliciting divisions: Lead Gifts ($100,000+), Advanced Gifts ($50,000), Major Gifts ($25,000), Special ($10,000), General ($5,000 and below).

Kyong and Fred Anderson - $100,000 to establish the Anderson Scholarship Endowment
KCA Corporation - $100,000 to establish the KCA Corporation Scholarship Endowment
Gateway Health System - $25,000 investment in the Allied Health Endowment
Anonymous Individual - $25,000 investment in the HCC Foundation's General Endowment
Pennyrile Electric - $20,000 investment in the Technology Center Equipment Endowment
The Family and Friends of HCC Professor Emeritus, Frances G. Thomas - $10,000 to establish the Frances G. Thomas Round Table Literary Park Endowment (honorary)
Fort Campbell Federal Credit Union - $10,000 toward HCC Endowment
Estate of Frances L. Talbert - $20,000 to establish the Mr. & Mrs. W.D. Talbert Memorial Faculty and Staff Professional Development Endowment
