CHRIS JONES/Harlan Daily Enterprise - An announcement Wednesday made during a program on the Whitesburg campus of Southeast Kentucky Community and Technical College disclosed the amount of the lead gift made to the college's Fulfilling the Promise Campaign by the Whitesburg Education Development Foundation Incorporation.
