Resources RAMP Team Recommendations Accepted:
KCTCS Scholarship Program
The PLT recommendation from the Resources RAMP Team to change the notification dates/process for the KCTCS Scholarship programs for the system office to make tentative awards to the colleges by March 1st of each year was accepted for implementation. This revision will better align the process with college calendars, financial aid application deadlines, and high school graduations, etc.
Kentucky Skills USA - VICA Funding Request
The PLT recommendation from the Resources RAMP Team to continue funding the VICA programs at the college level with existing funding sources was accepted.
Marketing RAMP Recommendations Accepted:
KCTCS Website Redevelopment Ad Hoc Team
The PLT recommendation from the Marketing RAMP Team to ask President McCall to appoint an Ad Hoc Team to address the redevelopment of the KCTCS Website was accepted for implementation.
Program RAMP Recommendations Accepted:
Policy 4.4 - Statement on Accounting and Measurement of Continuing Education and Community Service Activities
The PLT recommendation from the Program RAMP Team to revise, integrate and update the sections of the policy for continuing education was accepted for implementation. A workgroup will be addressing the community service component separately.

Policy 4.3.4 - KCTCS Program Advisory Committees
The PLT recommendation from the Program RAMP Team not to change the policy requiring two meetings per year to one meeting per year was accepted.
