Diversity Training (Workplace Diversity, Cultural Diversity, Sexual Harassment/Illegal Discrimination, or 504/ADA/508 Effectiveness)

The Diversity Training program is coordinated by the KCTCS Human Resources staff. The make-up of the U.S. population has changed dramatically and the workplace is more diverse, thus we can expect to come in contact with people who are different from us. A truly diverse workplace embraces and values the individual differences between people, offering opportunities for all employees to achieve their full potential.
